Flyline Solar Charge Controller

Flyline Solar Charge Controller, also known as a solar power regulator, uses advanced German floating-charge technique. Once the battery reaches full charge it moves to trickle charging, which extends battery life. A solar panel generates electric power as it absorbs photons, and the strength of that output depends on available sunlight and the efficiency of the charge controller. Flyline charge devices sit between the solar panel and battery, managing the full charge cycle for trouble-free operation of DC electronic products. Available in 12V to 240V charge regulator ranges.

These controllers can also recharge an existing normal inverter battery using solar power, with the right combination of solar cell capacity and Flyline charge controller. ► MPPT determines the ideal operating point via a processor-controlled algorithm, factoring in incident light and temperature ► Control system manages battery over-charge cut-off, deep-discharge cut-off, and protection against battery reverse, PV reverse, overload and short circuit ► Increases photovoltaic array power yield ► Best suited to smaller power applications — heat-conversion loss rises significantly at higher loads ► Micro-controller based ► LCD display shows battery voltage, load on/off, and charging status.
